    The Customer Support Representative will be a highly motivated individual that will work with existing clients with regards to Imaging Supplies and Low-End equipment. A customer support reppresentative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
    We are looking for a talented and competitive Customer Support Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. This position is located in our Tarrytown NY location.

    Responsibilities

    • Highly motivated individual that will work with existing clients with regards to Imaging Supplies and Low-End equipment. 
    • Prospecting for new business and equipment leads with current client base.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements
    • Maintain a proactive approach to daily calls and questions
    • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
    • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
    • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
    • Perform effective online demos to prospects
    • Assist in renewing the customer when their contract expires
    • Establish relationships with customer base

    Qualifications

    • Ability to handle questions and disputes in a professional manner
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills preferred
    • Heavy Phone and computer work
    • Knowledge of Office Technology industry a plus
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 
    • Ability to work without supervision at times while carrying out duties
    • Ability to handle questions and disputes in a professional manner
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Reliable transportation
