    Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.     • Scheduling and managing high-level correspondence, Board members, and arranging Board and committee meetings, as well as managing special projects assigned by the Executive.
    • Enhancing executive's effectiveness by providing information management support and representing the executive to others.
    • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. 
    • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information, initiating telecommunications.
    • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
    • Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
    • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries.
    • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
    • Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
    • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
    • Secures information by completing database backups.
    • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems, recording meeting discussions.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • A Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
    • At least 5 years related experience as an Executive Assistant to an executive level position.
    • Must have excellent, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
    • Must have excellent English/grammatical skills
    • Strong reporting skills, supply management, scheduling, time Management, presentation and travel logistics, 
    • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and function well under pressure.
    • Proven ability to understand and tolerate ambiguity, uncertainty, and change.
    • Ability to pay attention to detail and to work under the pressure of deadlines.
    • Advanced computer literacy skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
