    Atlantic Tomorrow’s Office is the largest independent office technology dealer on the east coast.  With 8 offices in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Atlantic specializes in managed IT services, cyber security, workflow optimization, electronic document storage & retrieval, managed print services and office equipment.

    We are looking for a CRM Administrator to support the training, reporting, testing and onboarding for various systems that the sales and operations departments use on a daily basis.  This position is full time and candidate will be required to work out of either our Bloomfield NJ or Tarrytown NY office.


    • Provide assistance to the IT department in administrating the Client Relationship Management (CRM) System, including application testing for system upgrades.
    • Maintain security profiles, access rights and roles for users within the application.
    • Provide onboarding, training and support to employees on the CRM system.
    • Validate data in CRM system and serve as point of contact for reporting and enhancements to the platform.
    • Serve as point person for frequent projects such as sales marketing, policy and procedure manual creation and updates.
    • Review analytics and generate reports.


    • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
    • Proactive self-starter with a willingness to learn.
    • Analytical, technical, organizational, interpersonal and strong Microsoft Office skills required specifically Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint. 
    • CRM, Document Storage, SQL, and Client Reporting software knowledge is a plus, but not required.
    • Experience: 2+ years of software application administration (CRM preferred).  Experience in the office equipment industry a plus.
